Our web sites are built using advanced styling and function languages such as XHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, and the server-side code ColdFusion. By utilizing these types of languages, we can create sites that are not only functional, accessible, and user-friendly, they run much smoother and faster then conventional static sites many people attempt to build themselves.
Terran Creative also provides site development that uses database structures such as MySQL for any number of applications; from user-access to shopping carts. The sky really is the limit with web site application development using these tools.

Terran Creative provides all the requirements to host and maintain your domain and email accounts. The servers we use run Windows 2003 Server Edition, and host the ColdFusion 8 environment. They are guaranteed a 99.99% uptime.
How much do we charge?
Again, such estimates depend purely on the work involved; however, to ball-park a figure, most projects can range from $500 to $5000.
These estimated projections are on dynamic work such as design, development, and marketing; they do not include static costs such as domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, and other pre-built applications which are additional costs.
Project Timeline
Obviously, the time frame for every project is different. There are a number of factors and variables that come into play when predicting an estimated timeline for any particular task.
We prefer to give a broad range of approximately 4-8 weeks for most major projects. These timeline are also subject to coordinating with our clients to work on specific assigned tasks and meet pre-determined milestones.
